The West Dimond Boulevard Upgrade – Phase I: Westpark Drive to Sand Lake Road project is open to motorized and non-motorized traffic.

CLOSURE: The West Dimond Boulevard intersections with Westpark Drive and Sand Lake Road are currently CLOSED to through traffic for roundabout construction work.
The closure for the West Dimond Boulevard and Sand Lake Road intersection is being extended. The West Dimond Boulevard intersections will reopen on or before Sunday, August 21st following roundabout completion. This date is subject to change due to weather conditions.
ACCESS: Area access will be permitted via Raspberry Road and Sand Lake Road. Traffic will not be permitted through the work zones. Please follow construction signs for detour routes.
CLOSURE: The West Dimond Boulevard intersections with Westpark Drive and Sand Lake Road will close to through traffic starting at 8:00 AM on July 5th for completion of the roundabout construction work. The West Dimond Boulevard and Sand Lake Road intersection will reopen on August 2nd and the West Dimond Boulevard and Westpark Drive intersection will reopen on August 16th following roundabout completion.

Quality Asphalt Paving (QAP) will be constructing Phase I of the West Dimond Boulevard Upgrade. Pre-construction activities will begin in early April. Please join us at the Pre-Construction Open House to meet the contractor and have your questions answered!

The construction contract for Phase I of the West Dimond Boulevard Upgrade has been awarded to Quality Asphalt Paving (QAP). Construction will begin in the Spring of 2016 with pre-construction work expected to occur this year.
A pre-construction public open house will be held in the Spring of 2016. A separate notice will be sent out prior to the open house. Please continue to check back for project updates as we get closer to the 2016 construction season.

Final Design has been completed and is preparing to go to construction bidding. Construction is anticipated to start in 2016.
Design plans are currently being finalized. Check back for an updated schedule including when to expect construction for Phase I- Westpark Drive to Sand Lake Road.
